Hey, buddy, you're making a big mistake here. Why do you think you have only 3 months?
Do you want to keep it off ?? Do you want to look good when you're done?
The recommended rate of wieght loss is 1 lb per week. If you want to keep it off, you need to develop a lifestyle that you can maintain once you've achieved your ideal weight.
When you take it off that fast, your skin does not have a chance to shrink back and it will hang on you like an oversized garment. I saw a woman years ago who had her jaws wired shut in order to lose 100 lbs. She did it, but all that loose skin was uglier than her original size. And, sadly, she regained the weight as soon as the wires were removed because she hadn't developed the lifestyle to maintain a normal weight.

To lose such a substantial amount of weight in that amount of time, you are going to have to work out every day. Definitely. Start by doing low-impact cardio if you're not used to working out (like biking, elliptical machine). Cardio needs to be at least 30 minutes. Endurance weight lifting will not bulk you up, like a lot of people fear. If you go to the gym, don't try to lift as much weight as you can. Instead, focus on trying to do more reps. This builds your metabolism and still burns fat.
Definitely don't eat fast food anymore. Go to the grocery store and stock up on fruits, vegetables, protein, and healthy carbs. Try to eat more veggies and protein than anything. We all know that protein feeds your muscles and your muscle is what burns your fat off.
Good luck!

I lost 45 pounds one summer alone on the South Beach Diet. It is a very strict diet consisting of three phases. Phase one you elliminate sugar and starch. I lost 10 pounds on this phase, I did it for 2 weeks. Phase two you slowly start to add bread back into your diet but still limit it. Final phase three: maintance. You learn how to maintain your weight. I walked every day and ran steps everyday for 30 minutes, then I did weight training for another 30. It is very hard to follow because your body is addicted to the bread and sugars that you may normally eat. But, after the first couple of days you feel wonderful and your body gets used to your new healthy eating. If you are interested they have a book that I bought. It shows success stories, information on what foods you can eat and what you can't eat, and more information on the matter. Good Luck, I hope you get to your goal.

60 lbs in 3 months is not realistic. I could see 45 lbs at the most but definately not 60 lbs unless you starve yourself. There is no miraculous way to lose. You have to have will power. consume less calories then you expend. Thats it. Eat healthy and exercise.

- Eat mild at night time. Stay clear of eating places for dinner and get ready a few salads with lots of greens and olive oil dressing (corresponding to balsamic French dressing). Throw in a few culmination within the salad, for example diced apples. And
