Oh, and a kitchen.

I already thought of 'pulling the emotional heart strings'...but exactly HOW?

Thanks in advance for your answers.

Break into their house, steal their stuff & sell it on Ebay. It will be much quicker.

just drop into the conversation that you would love to spend more time with them, taking them out on day trips, running errands for them etc. if only you had a lovely new car you would be able to do that ,so you see not only are you letting them think that it was there idea but also that its for their benefit, not yours. ...now, onto the kitchen. and with Xmas coming up you would love so much to have Xmas dinner at your house but alas your dilapidated old kitchen means that you wouldn't be able to cope with it, wouldn't it be a dream come true if you could afford a new kitchen, but you cant :-(.....if that works, give it a month (obviously before Xmas though) and change your phone number! good luck XX

I have a great idea. Why don't you work for it ? That way, every time you drive it, you will get a feeling of accomplishment. And you won't have to consider yourself a barnacle on the hull of your family's ship. Which is what you are.

Or you could ask them for enough money to buy a gun. Then put it to your head and your folks will qualify for a civic improvement award.

I feel so sorry for your parents do they have a clue what you are really like. However much money they have I am sure they worked very hard for it and thats what you should try doing .If I were them I would spend spend spend so that there was nothing left for you in their will as you dont deserve anything

never assume that tho'' hey mention you'd like a new car and be willing to put up at least half.. or ask if they can go in on it with you.

or mention your kitchen is really in need of repairs or a face lift etc and ask for suggestions

If your parents do have loads of money they are probably saving it so they can retire to another country and be far away from you as you appear to be nothing but a sponger.

Employ a violinist to play 'Hearts and Flowers' to your parents, this is where you sob and say how much you love them, then you say what you want, it never fails.
Let this be our secret formula. Shhhh!

Are you for real?

There's a saying, "If you want advice, ask for money, but if you want money, ask for advice." So, ask for their advice. Tell them you want to learn how to save and invest (they have to know how to invest if they have money). Ask them for suggestions. Show them you're sincere. They're more likely to help you out if they like the direction you're going in.

I would say dont take your parents for granted.
If you really needed help one day, I bet they would be the only ones volunteering.
One day when they die you will probably get everything they have anyway, leave them alone to enjoy their life, and one day you can enjoy what they leave you, without you stealing it!

You could do something totally crazy like...... work! Save up, buy your own car. It's not as easy as fleecing them, but you'll have your self-respect!
