Eat more protein than is required for the exercise you are doing. I managed to go up a dress size by exercising regularly at a "curves" gym and eating an extra snack (not junk food) Result, toned and curved (up a bra size, fill out the jeans) without the gut, fat face and bad skin. Experiment to see what works for you and be patient as it takes time.

I think you should start lifting weights and eating a lot of protein and/or healthy fats, like nuts. Polluting your body with saturated and trans fats by eating whatever you want is the wrong way to put on weight, it only makes you unhealthy.

Lifting weights will add muscle to your body. Partner up with a trainer, or even just a friend who has been lifting weights from sports. They will know how to teach to the proper way to add muscle.
