Pretty, gorgeous, sophisticated AND modest. A mature person would handle it and not go running to the boss to tattle.

First of all, Pray on your problems
with her, that she will just stay away.
Stop fighting with her.
State what you need to about the job,
then let her talk to air.
If her argument is not work related
let her talk alone to air. Don't say anything.
Keep a list of the times, dates, and
work infractions that she's doing.
To also include the arguments, and any
Wittiness present.
Make your records at home, and a secret.
Make a copy, and keep it in another safe
place. Tell NO ONE. Not even Family.
If needed with the " Big Boss ", you have
your notes to back you up against her complaints.

knock knock any one in there.... you just answered you own question. Since you can prove her lack of responsibility nothing is holding you back from a knock out (boxing lingo).
I must say you are ruffling your feathers a bit much with similiar adjectives hahahahahah.
You can either warn her once by telling her she is leaving a trail of poop or you can go straight to supervisor's boss with the poop in hand. You have nothing to lose well except for the fact this co worker has been jacking off and you waited till it affected you to open your big mouth but I am sure you wont get fired for that. Make sure to dot your iz' and cross your tz' so you dont get screwed in the process.

I would just ask your boss if you can speak with him/her before your coworker does. Explain that although you are not trying to be a tattle-tail you find it hard to get work done with so many distractions like people not showing up on time and taking unauthorized vacations. Just lay out your issues and complaints for your boss in a professional fasion and see if he/she can't assist you. If you wait too long than your coworker could make up false things about you resulting in employement problems. Good Luck!

That is known as nepotism. Most, but not all, companies have rules against that. Be able to document all of your co-workers bad behaviors, or, better, have witnesses. If you have to carry a tape recorder in your purse, or whatever, you may want to do that, too.
You will eventually want to consider going over your super's head on the grounds of harassment. Be careful to be truthful, and accurate, however; lying about your co-worker, or holding back relevant info about the situation could get you a pink slip...

Are you sure it's jealousy...
I mean, just a hunch, but they could have an issue with your ego.
My advice would be to get over yourself. You're the new kid on the block and you don't make yourself look any better by pointing out your co worker's flaws.

You need to focus on taking care of your business. Make sure that all your I's are dotted and all your T's are crossed. Two things will happen: They will gang up on you and force you out. Fine, it was a bad place, but because you did an awsome job there, you'll be fine.
OR
You do such a great job you ultimately become a supervisor, HER supervisor. You know what you need to do: FIRE HER WORTHLESS BUTT !!!!!! ;-)

It's best to try to avoid conflict, but if the job is getting too uncomfortable for you, and you think your coworker is doing something inappropriate, then perhaps you need to speak to someone higher up.
