Well I am graduating soon with an IT course at age 19.. I know it's very early so I decided to study again which is Nursing so I can work in America. This is will take me another 2 to 3 years to study again.. Am I doing the right thing? or will I continue my chosen career??

If I were you I'd try and learn a job that does not involve going to America...

It is a good choice. Hospitals tend to like to employ IT staff with knowledge of the medical field, which means many of the IT staff are actually ex-nurses.

In the modern health care industry there are many jobs for ex nurses.

I don't have a medical background, but because of my experience working in health care I have been able to find many IT jobs in hospitals (but few in industry or business..bummer eh).

Your main problem is that after you have finished your nursing you probably will have to spend some time reskilling in IT and getting experience before working in an IT job.

Nursing is a very in demand job that has good pay. If you have a problem at work in the morning you can have a new job by the afternoon at a different place and most likely better pay too. You can choose your job, and not have to take it because that;s the one that's available.
