I too fat i weigh 100kg, am a lady aged 25. My boyfriend says he don't see any problem with my body but i just don't like the way i am. We are getting married this year December so i don't want to look old or too fat on my wedding day. I would want to look young and slim in a wedding dress. what can be the best way to loose weight without straving myself cos i feel hungry every now and then.

Even more important than what you eat is how much you don't do. Take 30-40 minutes of vigorous exercise 5 days a week long term. You will lose weight, be toned and be healthier as a bonus!

I would advise you to have 3 main meals a day ( home made, not bought somewhere), breakfast is the most important meal of the day, because if you eat a good breakfast you won't be starving during the morning, so you won't feel the need of snacking. Then in the middle of the morning take a piece of fruit, a low fat yogurt or 2 oat cookies ( you can choose, then you have to do the same in the middle of the evening, before dining). For lunch have something healthy, as grilled chicken, grilled fish, wholemeal pasta and things like that. And at night you can eat loads of fruit, low fat yogurt, turkey, low fat cheese...you know something healthy and not fatty. This means that you are eating 5 times a day ( 3 main meals and 2 healthy snacks), so you won't be hungry and you will lose weight!! I would also recommend some exercise, you don't really have to join a gym if you don't like them, just go walking everywhere and be active. Best of luck!!

I am in your shoes. I am a professional males who has gained so much weight that I cannot wear my suits. I have job interviews and need very much to lose quick weight. The VERY FIRST thing I did was stop listening to all of the advice.

I juice and do the best I can with what I eat. I allow common sense to be my guide. The other day I noticed that my gym paths were falling off of me. These are the very pants that I could barely fit into two weeks ago.

I simply use green vegetables, carrots, celery, and all the different kind of fruits. I do not like it to taste nasty. A blender is as good as a juicer. I want to drop about 100 pounds, and I am on my way. I wish you well, and may God bless your marriage.

Go to your doctor and get referred to a Nutritionist. They will advise you on portion size and the best things to eat to satisfy the snacking as well as reducing your weight.

It's all about getting the balance between fats, carbs and protein.

If you can lose 10% of your current weight, the doctor may prescribe Xenical/Orlistat and this will help you get rid of fat from your food. If you are not storing this fat, your body begins to process the fat that is stored and this can help also. But be advised, xenica/orlistat has some very undesirable side effects that can cause 'leakage' of undigested fatty fluid from your back passage.

Avoid any get-slim-quick remedies or internet blurb. Your doctor will know what's best for you.

And be completely truthful with the Nutritionist...

Sometimes it's about changing the habits of eating rather than what you are eating.

I have a condition that means I have to be very careful about what I eat. I've had to cut out so much that I enjoyed before because it is damaging to me. It can be done, it's all about will-power.

There is no way that is going to happen. You need to eat a healthy diet and excersise. And I promise, the only side effect you get, is looking good. But it'll take a spot longer than two weeks. Be weary of any over-the-counter (and some prescription) product that promises such a claim. It can't be any good for you. Trust me, leave mickey D's alone and get a gym membership, your liver will thank you later.

Great that he loves you just as you are
However you are right that you need to lose weight because of the health implications of your current weight

What you need is a program that helps to increase your basic metabolic rate.

I do not suggest using pills as this has possible complications

dont get too thin..but the quickest way to lose weight is cut out any fattening foods all together, drink lots of water, eat lots of fruits and vegetables, no dairy products or meats and do some exercising
