People say you need scientific evidence, but they are missing the whole point. God does NOT work for you. You work for him. He is above verbal communication. He communicates through feelings. He is at a whole different level than us and we can only hope to ever BEGIN to understand even a small part of him.
This is God's plan and it is vain for us to question it. The pride of man has been our undoing for our entire existence. We do not listen. We do not heed the words, but they are right in front of our faces.
We deserve to burn for our sins forever, yet God was so loving that he gave his only son to save us and wipe away our sins so we can be with him.
Give your heart to Jesus. Walk with him.
Your thoughts?

I do not want anyone to go to Hell. You need to be a Christian to be saved. Read the Bible and pray. It will save your life and your soul. God bless.

Isa 55:9 For [as] the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.

You must work and worship for your god? And you do not have one tiny little bit of empirical evidence that he exist. You proclaim his existence through your faith by using your imagination? If you know the history of your religion, you will know that everything you have read from the Old and New Testaments has been copied(plagiarized) from older more ancient religions. The religions that you and others now call myths. So basically you have "faith" in a Myth?

From a question I asked recently, me being an athiest, the only conclusion I can come up with is that you would have to have faith and faith on 2 fronts.
One faith is to believe that god exists. The other faith is to believe that God just existed and was never created in the first place, which to me is a big stumbling block and would need more faith than the first one.

All you need is God to believe there is a God. Exodus chapter 4. It is not what you do for God it is what he does for us. He saves us for we can not save ourselves. The Holyghost. the spirit of God in us. God gives every man or women a measure of faith. We do not live by bread alone but by every word that procedes out of the mouth of God. Jesus is the author and finisher of our faith. We can not take credit for our salvation or nothing God does. God changes the way we think and act. Matthew chapter 5. God's goodness leads us to repentance. God is so good to us that we do not have a desire to sin anymore. But if we do Jesus is our advocate for sin. God never gives man what he deserves. Gods love makes us want to listen and obey him. He chastens us like a Father when we do wrong. Yet he is passionate. He said faith comes by hearing and by hearing the word of God. So we need to hear his word as often as possible to live a life as God wills us to do so. Jeremiah 29:11. God has a plan. The world has pride,but God is able to change the mind and heart of many.God comunicates through his spirit we are earthen vessels. He has a treasure in our vessel. The treasure is what makes us what he made us to be. God said "I wish that you will prosper and be in health even as your soul prosper." The word of God is God breathed each time we turn a page God's breath prospers us in the word. God speaks to us in are dreams and minds while awake. He reminds us of scriptures and gives us discernment. God gives us abundantly above all we can ask or think according to his riches in heaven. What is ones attitutude towards God? It is a attitude of gratitude! Psalms 51. We learn to be thankful.

I'm sorry, but I think this is sick
We deserve to burn for our sins forever, yet God was so loving that he gave his only son to save us and wipe away our sins so we can be with him.
what could most people ever do that would justify them burning forever? So I don't accept some bloke who lived 2000 years ago is god. My gods are a little more laid back I'm pleased to say!

Well,for a Christian,that may be true but as I am a Muslim,I would not want to offend your religion.The proofs of His existence are the sky,earth and most probably be the whole universe. You see,do you think it is strange that Allah(God) gives birth to a child?I mean,He is the Greatest and why would any of you say that the Supreme Master Of All have a similarity to His normal creations?Think of it deeply and if you need religion conversion,e-mail me at doopeydasnoop@yahoo.com.Just do not mark my answer as offensive.

There are so many misunderstanding, I don't know where to begin. I am limiting my answer to the bible (NIV).
God, not man, judges. So skip the fiery hell outcome.
Faith /believing comes from God, not the other way around.
God may communicate through feelings, but God has used other senses.
I could go on, but you can clearly see my point.
Answer: You don't know your bible.

If it is that simple to enter the heavens (where we were belong), than i'm afraid the hell creation would be God's waste
check around ..you'll find believers whose ordered by God to use science evidence to
prove God's existance;
have faith;
..and to show you: human level of God

My little bean can not comprehend the vastness of Jesus. I know what he did for me and where I would be if he didn't. step in when he did. I have a small grasp of the higher level on which I must exist. I know it. I try. I do. What I can. Every day. I still fall short. But he knows who I am. With or against him when the crap hits the fan, he knows who is there. For him or against him. Period. Where are you? Rally the troops. It is coming.

I would say that it is our nature to question and investigate. God anticipated this. God is also beyond being 'hurt' by this. It is OK to want answers but we must be wise enough to know that some things can't be quantified and classified. When you can't classify it or categorize it you have to go on faith.
