for humans, im not talking about stupid spiderman or alien symbiotes but actual symbiotes on earth that are mutaully benefitial to humans.

I haven't seen the movie, but yes, an organism can take over your body. It's called a parasite, they feed on other's bodies and survive by living inside them. Think about famous onces like TapeWorms, but taking over a body is not the case, no. that's just a movie i'm afraid. or glad. Good Luck ! -Canter
