Do not act shy and timid around her, but don't go to the point of acting like a jerk.
When talking to her be sincere and attentive. Give her an opportunity to talk and express her views (that's how you learn about her).
If you think she is too good for you, some other guy will come along and take her (and usually treat her 1/10 as good as you would).
Women like confidence so act like you have some, here again, be careful you don't act like a jerk.
Add a small amount of humor into conversation but don't make it the primary issue. It may seem nice to have her laughing all the time but keep that restricted or she won't think you are serious about life.

Just tell her. Look at it this way matey, you 2 have flirted with each other. That's evidence right there that she's interested in you. If not, then she wouldn't have joined in on the flirting. tell her how u feel...and also let her know that if she doesnt feel the same that u still want to atleast be friends,jsut tell her u wanted to give it a shot.the worst she could do is say no...if she does then u will move on and find someone else...or give it time..maybe in time she will start to...start by askin her to go out sometime with u...good luck and hope it all works out for ya

just ask her the worse shes going to say is no..... and hun rejection is apart of life get use to it. plus this will give you the emotional ability to start asking any girl out. you just have to get past this and then its going to be easy......and despite what you might see on tv girls are rarely vicious she will say i would rather be friends.... and thats a good thing..... because like it or not..... a male best friend usually turns into the future husband.

get to know her! if you like her, tell her. girls don't like guys who can't get their feelings out. its a total turn-off. therefore, if you at least tell her, then you'll look way better then if you like her and never do anything about it.
