Are you stressed? I absolutely cannot eat for days when I am stressed. Keep taking in fluids and you will be fine.
Whatever the cause, your body will eat when it needs to. You can go a couple of weeks without eating, you will be very tired and lethargic. All I can stress is keep drinking fluids. Who cares if you pound down a 12 pack of cola a day, if you arent eating the calories wont matter.
Just remember, the body has many built-in mechanisms to let you know when something is wrong and when it needs something (food, water, etc). When you are ready to eat again, Im sure you're going to have hunger pains like none before.
They say that 75% of the time when you think you are hungry, you are actually thirtsy. I know, has nothing to do with your dillemma but an interesting fact anyway.

Are you on any medications? Some meds can supress appetites. So can stress and irritability so check your feeling to make sure you aren't experiencing either of those feelings as well. Do you normally have an appetite and eat good or have you become laxodasical in your eating habits? When we slack off from a good menu, our body goes into shutdown. It is like that with everything. If you exercise, then you feel more like exercising every day. If you stop exercising, you will actually work yourself into a slump and not want to do anything. The same is true with our eating habits. The only way to get back on track if that is the case, is to force yourself to eat the proper amount each meal and at least 3 times a day but 5 times is better making two of them just snacks. If all that doesn't gain the eating habits to return, then seek medical attention before you get too bad. Our bodies are like a car so to speak. If you don't give it water, the engine will overheat. If you don't give it oil, you will blow a valve or gasket and if you don't fill it up at the gas station you will also run out of gas.

som apetite is differnet from none apetite,,, go on the pillls to keep ur body from gettin minerals/vitamins shortage coz it could be dangerous,,, if none apetite try searchin 4 foods u like or see a dr

You have to get to the root of the problem. Are you under stress? Are you lovesick? Do you have a broken heart? If it's none of those, and if keeps up for over 2 weeks, you really should see a doctor. It's not normal for you to have no appetite.

the best way for having a good appetite is dinking water with some dops of lemon in it.do it 3 times a day and you will see the result.
