This would depend solely on the type of genetic makeup that you have. Some girls develop quicker than others. Your height wil have a determining factor to that as well. So.. as far as your measuremnts??? there are usualy no set guidlines as to what you should be at 13. hey... enjoy 13 while you can!!!

Every bone structure is different and every body mass is different and a lot of it is heriditary. You cannot change your genes. You are what your relatives are. You can work out and also watch the types of food you eat so that you do not increase beyond what is normal for you. The way to know if you are normal is that no matter what you weigh, you should not be able to count every one of your ribs and your stomach should not be in a sucked in position when breathing normally. If either of those things are present you are too skinny. If you can pinch an inch or more of skin around your waste without having to really push to get it and it doesn't hurt to pinch it together, and if you jump in place and your tummy jiggles like jello, then you are too fat. For girls, their tummies should not be sticking out more then their bosom does and guys should not have bellies bigger than their chest. That is the best way to know that you are the right weight because everyone's family tree is different so everyone's correct weight is going to be different too.

It depends on their height and weight. But I'm 13 and I'm 5'3" and 85 pounds. So I guess what I am is good.

They should be whatever they are. There is no normal measurement. As long as you are healthy, your measurements are unimportant.
