Oh, I dunno. Being a Texan possibly a Bluebonnet or Indian Red Blanket. I love planting and eating Habanero peppers. I asked my wife if I was a flower what would I be and she said a pansy, but when I balked she explained that pansies are a very tough flower and she does not know why people associate them withe weakness because they are very strong, but still where I come from being a pansy is a bad thing.

I was looking up meanings of flowers and this fits me pretty much Chrysanthemum - cheerfulness in old age
I don't really consider myself old because I am only 55 but I guess I am getting close to old age.

Since I feel I need to comfort and protect I would be the bush to the entrance of your garden - small compacta "Holly" on each side and because of the fragrance to cover the ground for your feet I would be the herb rosemary- so each step would bring you a pleasing fragrant breeze and in the back of your garden or in a hanging basket above the entrance I would be Sage - Bayberry, to clean the air and the negativity so you may feel peace.
What a wonderful idea! I might just do one myself this spring!

I just went to quizilla and took a few of the "What flower are you?" quizzes because I couldn't think of what flower I would be. Of course none of them agreed. One said a tulip, because no two are alike. One said a rose because it is a hidden beauty. And one said a Lupin because artificial beauty isn't even on my radar.

I do know I have been caring for a small red rose bush at my house for a few years now. And I have always liked how the rose thorn is similar to the rune Thurisaz.

While I love roses, especially miniatures, but I also love so many other flowers. Roses have to be the first thing on my mind, if asked.

Lavender, tulips, brown-eyed susans, Asiatic lilies, asters, bird of paradise, sunflowers, day lilies, dahlias, orchids (and there are so many of these), crocus, sweet peas, cherry blossoms, apple blossoms, pear blossoms, bamboo flowers (seen only very rarely, but fascinating none the less), even dandelions, there are all so beautiful... and so many more I haven't mentioned.

How could I choose another?

Personally, i would be a sunflower....not only are they strong and beautiful, but also have a tendancy to keep the pests and the birds out of the garden...there by helping to deflect any type of negativity.

Blessings to you Ariel..I can only wish that there were more like you.

What a wonderful idea! if I were a flower I would be a lavender because it anounces its presence before you can see it (which people have said about me lol) by its fragrance (I think I do it by noise!) and it seems to have been placed on the earth as a tool or healing.

What a sweet idea.
I'd want to be something different than the usual rose or daisy, something blue like forget-me-nots or maybe the climbing vine flower clematis or something poisonous but medicinal like foxglove/digitalis.

Roses (of any color), Lavender, Moon Flowers and Columbine (it's mainly thought of as a mountain flower here in KY).... It's hard to choose a Favorite, but I would say those are my top 4...

i would be a blue iris. i've always been drawn to the fleur-de-lis symbol, which is a stylized iris. the blue buds are a deep, rich indigo that open into purple flowers. it reminds me of ascension. the tubers stay on the surface, like my overly-literal mind; and the foliage is always green, so it's always there to remind you of the spring. plus, it has a subtle but pungent scent that i think represents my sense of humor.

I would be a Moon Flower or a Morning Glory. One blooms in the sun and the other under the moon.
