The three headed monster Christains know as their God only exsists in their warped minds. Everybody automatically goes into the spirit world when they die, so there is no need to be saved.

As with most religious mumbo jumbo that has no basis other than some celibate dude wrote it a long time ago and centuries later some other celibate dudes decided that it was the "word of God", the trinity thing is pure ridiculousness and even contradicted by the "holy book." Note that Jesus is not mentioned in any of the Old Testament despite the fact that he "always was." In fact Job 1:6 mentions the "son's of God visiting God one day..." and the only "son" mentioned by name is Satan (who proceeds with friendly banter with God at which point they mutually decide to torture God's beloved and humble servant Job for some good clean fun). See what happens is the devout, especially Christians, need to make logic of their mythos (inappropriately mixing mythos and logos!!!). This way they can "prove" they are correct religion and everyone else is wrong and going to hell. So they start with a myth, interpret as if it were factual basis, then build on it and eventually come up with all sorts of ridiculous things like the trinity, or "Jesus washed our sins" (how exactly did he wash our sins? never had a priest explain that in any satisfactory way), or purgatory (which isn't even mentioned in the holy books). It's the proverbial building of a house on sand. If there is in fact a god, do you think he'd greet you after you die and say "Hmm, you didn't believe there were three of me that were really one, off to the fiery torture chamber with you!"

It's really a pointless question (no offense intended) because giving your life to God means loving him in Spirit and in Truth. In order to love God in "Truth" you have to seek out who he really is. Truth is reality as it actually is. Truth isn't some out- there thing we have to chase after.
The Trinity is something that has been debated over for centuries, but the Bible talks about the 3 manifestations of God - the Father (creator God), the Son (Jesus), and the Holy Spirit (the Comforter, the Still, Small Voice). The Bible doesn't go into any detail about the whole logistics, it just states that they "are."
The directions for accepting the gift of forgiveness of your sins is explained when the Bible says "That if you confess with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved." Romans 10:9. Simple as that.

"Earning" salvation is done by giving your heart and soul to Jesus and turning to the heavens when help is needed. I believe, I don't have to profess to believe. Baptisms is the formal act of showing you are allowing the Trinity God into your heart.
-Faith, exactly, that is how you receive the salvation being offered to everyone.

In Christianity, is it a core belief that accepting Jesus Christ as your Lord/Saviour and being baptised in that promise, will make you a child of God, thus giving you entrance to eternal salvation in the Kingdom of Heaven.
Some Christians do not believe in the Holy Trinity. That is, to say, the oneness of God the Father, Jesus the Son, and the spiritual union of both (Holy Ghost). It can be a daunting philosophy to grasp.
Most importantly though, God wants you to HAVE a relationship with Him. He wants you to KNOW Him in your lifetime and develop a close familiarity and comfort in being with Him. Knowing our Lord, believing and having faith in Him, is your greatest salvation.

No, ...people 'receive' their salvation by believing in the Trinity God. We can't earn salvation by our works.

"Earn" is not the correct word.
Romans 10:9-10 That if you confess with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved.
Nothing about the trinity there. In fact, the word "trinity" is never found in the Bible. This can be debated all day long, which I'm not going to start.

But we are bound to give thanks alway to God for you, brethren beloved of the Lord, because God hath from the beginning chosen you to salvation through sanctification of the Spirit and belief of the truth. 2 Thessalonians 2:13. The word Trinity is not found in the Bible.

I'm confused how would confessing you believe in the Trinity be considered "earning" salvation, or works of any kind?
salvation comes by "grace" & "faith" not works.

No one can earn salvation it is a free gift from a loving God.
Creator will never be indebted to his creation.
We come to know God by seeking the truth and we receive a gift from God called faith. It is through faith we receive revelation from God and a personal relationship with him.

You don't profess.... you ACCEPTJesus as your saviour (even the devil himself believes in Jesus, so believing in him isn't enough). When you accept Jesus as your saviour and part of God, the longer you believe the stronger your faith grows b/c you experience first hand how being a true Christian and receiving help from the Holy Spirit in life decisions and conduct lead you on to become a spiritually enlightened person and more pleasing to God. It is a wonderful experience and I am so grateful for God for everything he has done for me and my loved ones. GOD IS AWESOME !
