Depends how goodlooking you were. If it were me I wouldn't mind at all if you were cute. Its a pretty gutsy thing to do though!
I think I would have to be 100% sure she was looking at me because she liked what she saw first otherwise you could make a fool out of yourself or even worse get a punch in the face.

Glancing can mean MANY things. But if you just kissed her by walking up to her, then it depends if she thinks you're hott. But, if she doesn't then, most likely you'll be embarassed and get a slap or something. HAAHAHAH. Sorry dude, i needed a laugh.

save your self most of the trouble- walk up to her and lean forward as if about to kiss. Then just linger there for about a second and a half. Or a little less. then if she doesn't pull away then she's up for it, so gently lean in and kiss her softly on the mouth.
