we have so many land in Canada and we are homeless on street , rental housing is so expensive....what is going on here?

I'm encouraged to see the outpouring of sympathy for your situation.
There is a problem with homelessness. The place to look for jobs is in cities but the housing is more expensive there. The housing would be cheaper in rural areas but there are few jobs. Help for the homeless is also better in the cities. So homeless end up unable to get out of their fix.
Look at the homeless shelters for community organizations that may help you find a job and housing at the same time.
I also understand that people could be homeless "and" have access to a computer.

I'm not going to try second-guessing what's going to
happen out there in Canada, mainly because I don't
know anything about Brian Harper.
But, I can tell you that where I live--central California--
there are also a lot of homeless people. And most of
them don't have Internet access, but they do have one
thing that makes their situation much worse: it's what
is known as "insanity."
Just be glad you're not one of them!

perhaps you could sell the computer you happen to be using, or not wasting your money in internet cafes.
