Why does it seem like every country is airing the condemnations of terrorism by Muslims except for the US? Saudi Arabia is, France is, Pakistan is, but the US hasn't aired a single thing? Some of the condemnations are immediately after the 9-11 attacks, but our media hasn't aired it. What's up?

Excellent question! I've wondered the same thing. But I think it's because American media, for the most part, has a far left bias and what they do show us is hatred for America, which is really sad. The media actually wants us to lose the Iraq war, rather than getting behind the troops and showing support.
Our mainstream media SHOULD broadcast those things you mentioned! Americans need to hear and see that, rather than being force-fed half truths by the biased media!

I have to say as an American who has been doing some research on Islam and Muslims (mainly the radical ones). I am glad to see you ask this question. I think the leaders of Islam here in America should speak out against it. The Muslims need to use a united front and show the world that they as a majority condemn and are against such behavior. I just hope and pray that nations like Saudi Arabia and Pakistan will be hard on any terrorists they capture or find regardless of their religion or ethnic background. That is only right. Muslims are no where benefitted by the Inhuman Acts of Bin Laden and His Group and Muslims all over the World are suffering after these events.
May be they wanted the Muslims all over to continuously suffer and that is their objective.

It has nothing to do with far left bias and "hate America" as Oregon Flower states. Those who say this are just angry, because the major media here reflects what the majority of Americans believe. Because our media does not reflect her extremist views and most Americans disagree with her, she's upset.
Our media does not show most of what's happening in the world. It's usually centered on what's occurring in the U.S. or something that directly involves us overseas.
Honestly, if you want the media to report on Muslim condemnations of terrorism, you need to shout it out loudly in the U.S. I bet if Muslims and their supporters had marches against terrorism across the U.S., it would be all over the news. Speak out against it again and again and again and the message will get out.

Again..Who owns the media??? You cannot believe anything you hear anymore in our newscasts..They are working for the mighty $$$$.. There is no longer such a thing as Freedom of the press...We would do better to get our news on You Tube..

It's because you don't listen to the american media — or you don't care about doing some basic research.
Also, when Muslims condemn islamic terrorism, they often add caveats to their condemnations that rob them of real force.
Not only that, but talking about it is insufficient. Close the mosques and madrassas around the world where violent extremism is taught. Stop brainwashing children.
Please stop talking and do the walking, and we might listen.

They don't show us our soldiers coming back from Iraq in their coffins either. They don't show us all the innocent regular folk and children that are being killed either.
