I have had it before and without the accident, I simply can't go with a girl that belonged to my friends, you do whatever you want to do, I have seen it happen, one girl even left her husband for his friend... in my opinion they are all sl@ts and wouldn't trust any such person, but again, we are all different.

Trust me on this, friends are much harder to come by than a shallow girl. I mean, that's just low to hit on her boyfriends friend. Think of it this way, if she's got no problems dumping him after an accident, what's to keep her from crapping all over you sometime down the road.
Keep the friend, lose the girl.

well i know this is soo superficial and stupid but it think the saying "bros before hoes" comes into context. I think that if my friend went out with my ex, and asked me if she could i would say i was fine with it (to look like a good friend. ) But everyone knows i wouldn't be fine. Its a big NO NO in the friends book. Just back away! There are more girls out there, and better off not gettting yourself involved with loosing a good friend.

Be true to your friend. He has enough to deal with right now.
