She sounds like she is either in heat or in alot of pain. is she doing this dancy thing when she leaves her butt up in the air? this may sound gross, but try this: pat her lightly on her butt(the part beneath her tail) if she seems to like it, she is in heat. Although 3 months is pretty early for her to go into heat.... if it doesnt stop or she seems like she is hurting when you touch her in certain places, or if she has anything wrong with her poo, take her in.
oh... and get her fixed!! you have no reason to have a cat that isnt fixed.

Your kitten has gone into heat, and is presenting her hindquarters to the available audience ( male kitties).
Picking her up is the last thing she wants which is to get outside and play with the boys! Her crying ( vocalization) is her attempt to "give out her number", and call the boys.
Because she is young, this will pass in a few days, but may reoccur in as soon as three weeks. Because her reproductive organs are engorged with blood she cannot be spayed for at least two weeks.
Now I love watching a batch of newborn kittens, but if she where to mate right now it is possible that she will be too small to deliver the kittens when it comes time to give birth. She could possible rupture hemorrhage and die trying to give birth, if she did not get a kitty c-section which is tricky and costly.
At this point do not let her outside, make a vet appointment and get some earplugs. Good luck

She sounds like she is in heat. Does she roll around on the floor as well as sticking her hindquarters in the air and moan/whimper constantly? Please go get her fixed. She sounds older than 3 months old. She is probably around 6 months old and going into heat.
Spaying her will eliminate her pain and her urge to mate. Also prevents her from getting uterine cancers and infections. Believe it or not females in heat do go through a lot of physical pain so that could be why she is whimpering. Get her fixed and this problem will be eliminated as well as the behaviour.

It sounds like the cat is in heat to me too. If she is it isn't just a whimpering sound, it is more of a moaning meow. You need to get the cat fixed even if she isn't in heat. You are a pet owner, and you need to take responsibility for making sure the animal is well taken care of. By the way, it's a little more expensive to fix a cat while they are in heat, you may want to wait until it passes, but in the meantime...go to the vet!

She sounds like she may have possibly been hit by a car. Surely, there is an emergency clinic that you can take her to. My 6 mth cat came home at 11:30 at night and was dragging her back half. Looked in the phone book (back then there was no internet) called the nearest one, made my husband drive us there, her hip was dislocated and they ended up having to do emergency surgery to insert a pin in her hip. I was lucky enough to have her for another 14 years. If you can't find anything in the phone book, do a search on the internet. Good luck because she is in pain.

Are you positive she is only 3 months old? It does sound like she's in heat. Don't let her out, or let another male cat near her. If she doesn't react too much to pressing on each foot, she's likely not in pain, but you could take her to a clinic in the morning if concerned.

She's probably closer to 6 months and is in heat.Cats act very peculiar when they're in heat. They meow and howl and crawl around with their butts up in the air. They will also roll around on the floor and try to get outside. You need to schedule an appointment to get the kitty spayed, and then you won't have to put up with it anymore, and you won't have to worry about kittens or uterine infections.

Call a veterinarian as soon as you can. Maybe you can phone one and they can give you some advice over the phone. I'm sorry that your kitten is not doing well right now. I hope you get some help soon for your pet.
