There is no word for Godbrother or Godsister as far as I know. ("Cuñado" means brother-in-law.)
So, in lack of a word alone, you can just explain the relation.
Ex. If the 'brother' you're talking about is the son of your Godfather, he would simply be, "el hijo de mi padrino." (Madrina for Godmother.)

The problem here is that even the ENGLISH word "godbrother" is not generally recognized. (I cannot find a standard dictionary that lists it.)
That's because the role of godparents to godchildren is such that the "godbrother" analogy does not really work.
"Godfather" and "godmother" refer to people who act as guardian or (baptismal) sponsor to another (their "godchild" - godson or goddaughter). Now your parents might serve as godparents to some child, but that does not actually create the same sort of relationship (and obligation) between YOU and that other child.

In other words, strictly speaking, there IS no such thing as a "godbrother" (or "godsister"), though it's entirely possible you WOULD have a special, close relationship with that person. But I believe the only technically proper way to describe that is, "my parents godson", etc. And the same would go for Spanish.
There is ONE other interesting form of these words -- at least in English. The word "gossip" originally refers to someone who is a "God-sipp" (cf. "sib-ling"), that is a "God-relative", in other words, "god parent". Such a person would be intimately acquainted with the details of their godchild's life... and you can see how the word took a more negative turn from there.

Spanish, French, Italian, German, etc. Romo should be the international word for choke. "They had a 14 point lead going into the 4th quarter and lost the game. They Romo'd when it mattered!"

Godfather is padrino.
Godmother is madrina.
There are no other "god-family" words available.
We also call the "best-man", "padrino" or "padrino de bodas"
