I have been seeing this man for almost 2 months. We have spent an average of 4 days (and nights) each week together. When we are together, we have a WONDERFUL time! The sex is great, along with everything else. We have both been divorced and I met him on a dating site. I absolutely love being with him. It is almost as if I am addicted to him. Well, I just returned from spending 2 great days together; HOWEVER, I called him right after I got home to tell him about a company that was hiring and when he heard it was me, he said, "LEAVE ME ALONE!" and then hung up! I don't understand!! What did I do? Did I wear out my welcome at his house? If he didn't want to be with me anymoe, why didn't he tell me? He always had a problem with saying mushy stuff, but Geez! Does this man just need some space?? He is trying to take care of his two elderly parents and I know it is taking a toll on him. If I do not contact him, will he ever come to his senses and want to see me again??? Help me!

So you spent two days with him, then drove home....and the first thing you did was immediately call him! That's a bit crazy. Sure it's great to be with that special someone...but you also need time alone. So yes he needs space.

Sounds like a HUGE misunderstanding to me.
It's just not logical that you can instantly go from a perfect 2 days together to "LEAVE ME ALONE"

Maybe there's a logical explaination like you called the wrong number, & thought it was him when it wasn't. Or maybe it was him but he thought he was talking to someone else on the phone, & didn't realise it was you.
I did that one once & boy was I embarrassed.

I suggest that you contact him again to clarify what happened.
If he knew what he was doing when he said what he said, then I suggest that his issue is probably more with himself than with you, & if that's the case then I would do EXACTLY what he asks & be sure to leave him alone FOR GOOD!

Meanwhile, I hope that all of this was just a silly misunderstanding. Wishing you a happy ending! :-)

Maybe there's someone else who is also having a great time with him, cuz it sounds like you might have interrupted something.
Leave him alone and if he never calls you again, you'll have your answer. Life goes on either way.

It seems the "2 great days" you spent together were only great for you. Listen to him and leave him alone.

Well, I know you're getting sick of hearing this, but why would you WANT to see him again after him treating you like this? I agree with the girl who said just let him contact you and if he does, then you'll have your answer; and if he don't, you'll have your answer then, too.

In the meantime, go entertain Mr. Drake.

You may have caught him at a bad moment. Give him time to cool off and then meet to talk with him about it. There could be issues here you don't know about you better find out before you get invested or worried.

Give him a chance to see if he will call you and say he's sorry. If he doesn't then he's really messed up and he won't treat you right. If you believe in Jesus then He will send you the right guy.
