force quit?

sometimes the page I get on gets frozen and when I try to take it off it dosent come off I have a windows vista can you tell me how to take it off thanks

Bring up Task Manager by using the shortcut keys:

Ctrl + Shft + Esc

or you can right click on a blank area of the Taskbar and choose Task Manager from the list.

Make sure the Applications Tab is selected.

Then look for your program, click it, and choose End Task.

Works in Vista and Win XP.
