Genesis 4:17 says, "Cain lay with his wife, and she became pregnant and gave birth to Enoch." Who was his wife? It is implied in the biblical text that Cain married one of his sisters. Several facts lead us to this conclusion.
First, it is clear that Adam and Eve had a number of children. Genesis 5:4 says, "After Seth was born, Adam lived 800 years and had other sons and daughters." Since Adam and Eve were the first man and woman, and since God had commanded them (and their descendants) to be fruitful and multiply (Genesis 1:28), it seems reasonable to conclude that Cain married one of his many sisters. It is also possible that he married a niece or even a grandniece.
One must keep in mind that in the early years of the human race there were no genetic defects that had yet developed as a result of the fall of man. By the time of Abraham, God had not yet declared this kind of marriage to be contrary to His will (see Genesis 20:12). Laws governing incest apparently did not become enacted until the time of Moses (Lev 18:7-17; 20:11,12,14,17,20,21). Hence, there was no prohibition regarding marrying a sister (or niece or grandniece) in the days of Cain.

Genesis 5:4 says Adam became father to sons and daughters. Most likely, Cain (Abel died) found his wife among one of his sisters. Since they lived a lot longer than we do today, they were healthier, so the detrimental effects of entering into a marriage with a sibling was almost nonexhistent. By the time God established the Law Covenant, this kind of marriage arrangement was not to be considered as an acceptable practice, since, by then, there were thousands of humans on the earth.

It is said that, Eve gave birth twins only. One male and one female. Those twins were married each other. Adam and Eve had many children. Not only two sons. Able and Cane were two among many.
There was an event between these two sons of Adam and Eve.
Cane's(or Kabil's) twin sister(or wife) was not so pretty and he did not like her. Eve's another son Able's(or Habil's) twin sister(or wife) was more beautiful. Kabil wanted to marry Habil's twin. But it was at that time against rule and was not accepted by Adam. Kabil was adamant. At last a decision was made that, Habil and Kabil both will sacrifice animal to God. He, whose sacrifice will be accepted by God, will marry Habil's twin. Habil's sacrifice was accepted by God. Kabil then became angry and killed Habil.
That was the first murder in human society.

Adam and Eve had more children. At the time, having children with members of your family was not a problem or forbidden by God. It was only once the population reached a critical stage that he said no more, hence the defects that now occur.

Even though the Bible doesn't mention other children, it is more then likely Adam and Eve had other sons and daughters. So yes, it would have been brothers and sisters, but not mother and son!

The Bible only mentions a few sons. Doesnt mean they didnt have a whole lot more kids. And yes, it was incest, lol. Lets face it. But the truth is, until modern times, incest wasnt perfectly normal and natural, esp to keep bloodlines pure and inheiritances in tact.

Read Genesis. It clearly mentions another son by name, Seth, and also says that Adam had several other sons and daughters.
