The Bible also says:
"being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus."
Philippians 1:6
and this:
"What, then, shall we say in response to this? If God is for us, who can be against us? He who did not spare his own Son, but gave him up for us all—how will he not also, along with him, graciously give us all things? Who will bring any charge against those whom God has chosen? It is God who justifies. Who is he that condemns? Christ Jesus, who died—more than that, who was raised to life—is at the right hand of God and is also interceding for us."
Romans 8:31-34
and this:
"Anyone who believes in the Son of God has this testimony in his heart. Anyone who does not believe God has made him out to be a liar, because he has not believed the testimony God has given about his Son. And this is the testimony: God has given us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. He who has the Son has life; he who does not have the Son of God does not have life. I write these things to you who believe in the name of the Son of God so that you may know that you have eternal life."
I John 5:10-13
and this:
God has said,
"Never will I leave you;
never will I forsake you." So we say with confidence,
"The Lord is my helper; I will not be afraid.
What can man do to me?"
Hebrews 13:5-6
and this:
"To him who is able to keep you from falling and to present you before his glorious presence without fault and with great joy— to the only God our Savior be glory, majesty, power and authority, through Jesus Christ our Lord, before all ages, now and forevermore! Amen."
Jude 24,25
and this:
"Do not be afraid, little flock, for your Father has been pleased to give you the kingdom."
Luke 12:32

Who, and what determines if I am saved or not?
And what is it that I am supposed to be save from or for?
Is there a mark on the wall, or on my forehead that says "You Are Saved"?
You make your own personal hell, by the way you live your life.
The term hell is cognate to "hole" (cavern) and "hollow". It is a substantive formed from the Anglo-Saxon helan or behelian, "to hide". This verb has the same primitive as the Latin occulere and celare and the Greek kalyptein. Thus by derivation hell denotes a dark and hidden place.

No, I believe I am going to heaven. The Bible tells us:
John 3:16 says: "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life."
I am a believer that God has washed me clean and I am a lover of my Lord Jesus Christ. Not that I have not sinned but I can ask for forgiveness because my Lord is a loving Lord!

I used to worry about that when I was younger. The church I went to made everyone feel unworthy, and I saw people getting "re-saved" every Sunday. Now I know that once you belong to Him, there is nothing that can take you away.
God doesn't write your name in the Book of Life with a pencil.

I think hell is a place where you deserve to go when you get punished. Everyone is a sinner. If you don't want to go to hell, you have to obey the 10 commandments and always pray to God. Last, help the poor.

Everyday we must consider where we stand. Our salvation is much more important than our earthly life. But know that anyone who calls out to Jesus for mercy and forgiveness will not be turned away.

you do not need to go around the world evangelizing in order to go to heaven. if you believe in Jesus' sacrifice, then you will go to heaven.
i used to worry a lot. for a while i just kind of ignored church and God, but then i just started praying to him about small things. for example, i started praying to him about a girl that i like. it reassured me because i could actually hear him speaking to me. not literally, but when i asked questions, sensible answers would form in my mind. when you pray, pray like you are having a conversation. ask him questions, thank him for the small blessings in your day.
