I have a JOOVY tandem sit n stand... It's wonderful.. !! The bar is a bit taller so my husband can push it without slouching ! It folds nearly flat and is not quite as heavy as the Graco nor does it take up nearly as much room.. We don't have a minivan or SUV so it fits nicely in the trunk of your full sized sedan... It's easy to fold and unfold.. The only drawback(s) is that it doesn't have a parent tray/cup holders and the underbasket is on the small size ! Other than that the price wasn't bad and it's been a good stroller... ONE STEP AHEAD makes one as well you can go on their website and check them out !

whilst my infant is due my son would be a million year 4 months and that i individually am getting a side via area stroller because of the fact the different style could properly be plenty heavier ( getting up and down steps ect) and im individually no longer very solid :P i additionally like the reality that once the infant is somewhat older they are in a position to make certain and play with one yet another, besides the reality that with my determination that's greater good to get around small shops, however the costlier ones are made sufficiently small to get by way of doors truthfully

Have you checked out Phil & Teds? Their sport double stacks two seats with a maximum weight of 88 pounds. (www.philandteds.com) It has three wheels, like a jogger, so it is easy to get around tight spots and comfortable for longer walks.
Thing is, it is also nearly $500.
Plus, your 4 y.o. is probably near the end of riding full-time. So you might want to look at the Joovy Caboose, which features one traditional seat with a space for a second kid to stand or sit behind. (http://www.joovy.com/pages/pd_caboose.php) It runs $180 and is sold at baby superstores. There's also a lightweight version for a bit more.

i have the envenflo tandum take me too stroller. and my kids like it. the 1 yr old sits up front because the seat is a little small and my 3 yr old rides in the back where he can get in out easy with the side step. sometimes it still seems a little big compared to the more expensive ones but it works for us. it also has a bar that can be flipped up on the back seat to fit most major brands of infant carriers and lost of storage in the basket.

We bought a Phil & Teds single pram plus toddler seat. FANTASTIC and versatile. Great for 2 kids of different ages. They're also really popular...and that's because they are so good. It is a 3 wheeler, but that makes it really easy to wheel around. I've never had a problem with tipping.

Try them out at the store, make sure you can fold and unfold it easily with one hand. Also, look for one that is not too heavy, yet is comfy for the kids. I like a cup holder in the back seat ,as well as one on the handle for me.

They make vertical doubles...shop online because they are tricky to find and harder to buy. You may need to buy it from out of the country where they may be more popular.
