...later on while they are having sex she asks him to stop and he won't?
Would you still consider that rape?

Yes.

Anytime anyone forces intercourse without consent, male, female, three armed alien from outerspace, it's rape.

If he doesn't stop when you ask him to, he doesn't care and he's not worth it.

Yes the guy should respect her when she says no. I think its a kind of rape its not like the kind of rape when you didnt know them but I dont think it matters if at any point a girl or guy says stop and they don't its rape.

No means "no". Sometimes a girl thinks she wants to have sex and then as things progress, she realizes this isn't what she really wanted, or isn't as she thought it would be. If she tells you to stop, then you should stop. I know it's hard to do cause everything is headed for that "big climax" etc. but to continue on is rape. Take care.

Unfortunately, the law would classify it as rape. When a woman says no, it means no. Did she file charges or something? Or it could have been that sex was just too uncomfortable for her or maybe you are to rough in the sack. But yes, it could be classified as rape.

He is already in the middle of having sex with her and she changes her mind? Of course "no" means "no" but it is a bit ridiculous for her to consider that it was consensual for part of the sex act but rape for the other part. She probably needs help now, but she needed it before this occurred.

"It's just unfair to call that rape... if she didn't want to do it, she should have said so from the beginning."

If at ANY POINT she says no, and the guy continues it is rape. No way around it.

YES. If at ANY point either person says "stop" or "no" and the other person doesn't stop, it has crossed into rape. No question about it!

yes, any time a man forces himself on a woman without her consent, even when in the middle she wants him to stop, that is still rape. if a woman ever told me to stop i would immediately because i want her to know that i respect her and what she wants.

i think no... rape is when you force a girl to have an intercourse... since the girl gave the guy her permission to have sex, then its not rape because he didnt force her to do it... meaning she also wanted it....

but then the guy's so aggresive that he didnt respect the girl...
