i am 15 years old, am homeschooled, though i am forced to do most of the work on my own because my younger brother, also homeschooled,is mentally challenged, so i need some outside help.

Get your parents to find an online homeschooling lesson plan. Then the online teacher or tutor can help you with your studies. There are plenty out there.

Have your parent(s) contact your local home school association. They usually have resources for what you want. Maybe an older student in the association?

we use the local literacy council. it's free. you might consider asking your local library if you can post this request on their bulletin board too.
