I've been corrected from ending with a tchoth-"key", to tchoth-"ka".
This is the second time it has happened so I'm sure that the second version is correct here on the west coast. I first heard and used the word back east. Can I be right too? I hate being wrong. Plus...I can't improve my spanish if I have to fix my yiddish.

Both tchotchki and tchotchka are correct... It depends on whether the ancestors are from Poland or Hungary.

my mom is from Brooklyn- I was born and raised in the SF Bay Area- we say Tchotchke (kee sound) but yea, both are correct! And hey.... da nada (or toda in Hebrew!)
