If you were thinking of a guy as you stepped out of your car,
and then you walked in a store. But before you walked out of the store , you bumped into that exact guy. I never see this guy or even think of him. Suddenly I think of him today and within 10 minutes, I see him! We used to date. And all my horoscopes say ---signs point to love!
Is that a coincidence or "something bigger"?

Coincidence, and I'll tell you how to prove it.
For the next month, every time you get our of your car, think about bumping into the president. On day's when your horoscope says "you will meet someone famous" think about bumping into the president all day long.
Do you think it will happen? Of course not, and on the million to one shot that you DID bump into the president, it would still be outrageous coincidence.
The reason you bumped into your ex is because you know him, and he lives in your vicinity, and chances are you shop in the same places regularly. This DRAMATICALLY improves the odds of a chance encounter. The same exact thing has happened to me with an ex, and it's just wishful thinking to imagine there is some special meaning behind it.
I've had even stranger coincidences happen, and they too mean nothing.

I think you seem to like the idea. Go for it. I don't know if it's divine or what, but I think life can give you signs in one way or another.
