MEPS only looks at the info you provide. Now if your hiding something from them and they find out it's grounds for fraudelent enlistment. Now what does a medical condition have to do with a security clearance ?

If you look at the bottom on your enlistment contract you will see a statement saying by sighing this form you are affirmin all information provided by you is true, complete and correct.
There is also a block stating some statue law and pentalties for non disclosure.

Bottom line there is something amiss here. You need to be honest and complete with your information with your recruiter. If your hiding something and it gets found out not only are you in a world of trouble, so is your recruiter. The guy that's trying to help you out.

Even if your MOS does require a security clearance, MEPS will not look at your records unless you give them a reason to, like tell them you have a condition. Other that that they won't. I do recommend being truthful because if they find out down the road because if something happens while you're in you can be discharged.

yes, they can. you MUST sign a piece of paper that gives them permission to access them, and if ANYTHING comes up in the MEPS physical they can look deeper. If they find you lied or omitted information, you will be charged with fraudulent enlistment and not be allowed to continue.

They can. I wouldn't lie. They'll find out, and you can get demoted, kicked out, or possibly in some other trouble that could be worse.
