I do not have a email address for this person and I have tried every site I know to find one and have had no luck.

all ships have phone numbers.
if its an emergency, they will call a crew member.
but you have to contact the cruise line in order to get the number.

Email will be the only way if you have an email address and they check it. Or, in the case of a real emergency, you might contact the cruise line and see if they can help you track the person down. Ship-to-shore communications are very restricted.
Cruise ship passengers and staff are not generally contactable while at sea.
