Ok, so whenever I am at church in the morning with my school, I feel fine, but during the kneeling part and get so lightheaded, and I feel like I am going to pass out, I get that "butterflies" in your stomach feeling (where it feels like your stomach is dropping) and I see black dots after a while (not like big black dots, but almost as if there is a black screen door over my eyes, the kind you see when you get a head rush, except they don't go away until I sit or stand) I feel weak and my hands are cold and I always put them on my face for some reason, also I have been told I am very pale at that certain time. I take deep breathes thinking it will help, but it doesn't. And this only happens while KNEELING at church.

I am a young teen by the way.

I have also been having trouble breathing for the past few days. Please answer this. Thank you :)

Could it be a panic attack? Once you experience it once, you tend to anticipate having another, which then causes it to happen again.

Could it be that you actually interfere with your breathing the way you bow your head?try keeping your chin up a little more.

Could it be that you have been fasting prior to church? And just have low blood sugar causing you to feel faint? Would it interfere with your beliefs to have a glass of juice before church? This is common in adolescent girls

I couldnt say what that is, nor could anyone else unless they were a doctor and had examined you. You need to get this checked out. Its better to be safe even if its a minor thing. Be sure to be prepared to tell your Dr. Every detail. What were you doing before you Kneeled down? Were you singing? Did you eat that morning? Maybe its something with your nutrition. But i cant say. I would at least ask your school's nurse or try going to a health clinic. check out webmd.com..they have a symptom checker that can help. i hope its nothing serious, but please talk to someone with medical background..dont rely on us for diagnosis.

You need to go to a doctor and have a checkup. You may have some type of heart problem if you are having trouble breathing constantly. Do not mess around. You could have blood clots, a heart problem, or a variety of other things. I don't want to scare you but you need to have this checked out. It could be something simple like you cut off the circulation to your body when your knees are bent under you (this is very likely) but the difficulty breathing makes me think it could be more. Please go to the hospital.

The lightheadedness could be caused by standing or sitting (or kneeling) too quickly. Try slowly sitting at first, then kneeling. Also, if you have a hard candy to suck on, it might help (strange but true).

The trouble breathing could be from allergies. I hope you feel better, soon.

That used to happen to me,,
I have anxiety attacks,, and esp at church, when you feel like you need to be perfect..
IF NOT,, it's a blood pressure thing,, caused from not eating, which is what i used to do, I used to never eat, trying to be perfect again..
also, keep in mind the spiritual awaking, being close to god, you mind can be affected, like your high on god,, happens to me, often,,,,which has the same symptoms, I would recommend praying sitting down,,
I am not kidding this time

Sounds like bronchitus. But, it could be something worse. I recommend you call your doctor. At least, ask your pharmacist what would relieve your symtoms. Good luck!
