I'm just bored and decided to ask a random question. For me, I run and walk...that's about it. Except, lately I haven't been doing too much activity. The other day I almost fainted/past out while I was running, so it might be a couple of weeks til I actually stop being so scared to ever run again :-p

Good morning :)
I want to sleep.
Where is my coffee?

OK let's focus on the question.
I exercise everyday at least 1,5 hours. I swim, dance and make yoga, pilates. Everyday different things. Since I was 6 i am madly into sports. I started playing tennis at an early age. And since then i continue.
I love it it's a great way to stay out of stress.
If you were almost fainting maybe you forced yourself too much. You should start like 10 minutes a day,15,20,25 mins and continue like that.
Or maybe running is not your thing. Sports is not a torture it should be a pleasure. If i were you i would choose something i was really interested in.

I walk my dog for at least one hour a day, 2-3 hours at the weekends. I also row 8km about 3 times a week and do sit ups. But my favoutie exercise is dancing whether it's in a nightclub with my friends or just while I'm doing housework. Do whichever exercise makes you feel happiest - it should feel like fun - not torture. If it's fun you will want to do it more.

I run. I enjoy running, but it takes some time for most people to learn to run correctly. I guess I'm a natural and didn't know it for a long time. I didn't start running until I was 30. I've been running for over 6 years, and I've never had an injury. I've known a lot of young people who tear up their legs trying to run and don't seem to ever figure it out.

Until recently, home exercises were quite enough. But I lost fitness (as in strength and stamina) after starting to work from home. So, last year I started swimming and swam until summer.

I am not a runner, but when I had an office job, I walked quite a lot.

i walk at least 1 hour every day. i take dance courses. i do some exercises at home to increase my flexibility

and you know common things like never using elevator, using stairs instead...

also I'm allergic to flour so i cannot eat bread, böreks vs. that's not tragic though i was never into them :)
also i eat limited amount of sweets and i eat fruits and vegetables mostly, very rarely meat. i know I'm young but i don't want to suffer from any disease when I'm grown up.

I don't do anything sadly. Fortunately, I don't need to do anything to stay fit.

I always promise myself to start exercise though, but always break my promises. One day, I'll find a way out of my busy schedule and start exercise. (I guess it will happen only when I will really need it to stay fit)
