I am a freshman in college (5'6 102 lbs). To maintain this weight dispite the pressures of freshman fifteen and fast food EVERYWHERE, I have been keeping track of what I eat since I came here.

For example today I ate:
-6 piece vegetable sushi roll
-Jimmy Johns Turkey Unwich (Turkey sub in a lettuce wrap, no mayo)
-Special K bar
-Sugar Free Pudding/100 calorie pack chips ahoy

I usually have a piece of fruit in there too but I didnt today.

Is this enough?

That's not close to enough food for your body to maintain a healthy metabolism. You should eat 3 (small) meals a day and 2 snacks.

If you don't want the freshman 15...there's a couple of places to stay away from...

I just got out of college and the food choices were horrible (I never wanted to wait for a deli sandwich to be made or anything because lines were too long)
Just avoid the greasy, fast options

And the big killer of the freshman 15 is BEER and LIQUOR....I promise that is what gets you more than anything else in college...just try to maintain the frequency drinking...offer to DD your friends one night while you drink another night...

You might want to consider more nutrients in your day, as long as you are eating healthy foods, you shouldn't gain the weight.

If you can add more vegetables and fruit for the fiber and milk (yogurt, cottage cheese) you will probably be ok. Especially if you stay active the occasional pizza or burger won't hurt.

Also, a recent study came out that the average Frosh only gains 4-6 pounds.

No this is not enough food. Very little protein,no fruit, very little veggies. Try for 3 fruits and 4 veggies a day to start. Plus you could use more protein or vegetarian protein.
