how to create cleavage?

i've tried push ups and they just don't work. i have small boobs, and sometimes i need cleavage to make my outfit work out properly, what can i do? (with the exception of implants, haha.)

Try those "chicken cutlets" they are inserts that go in bras. I hear they work really well.

You could always add gel inserts as I think that they make those or you could get the bras with lots of padding in the cup area and that should help give you a little more cleavage, and push ups are one of the only ways I know of, but you should maybe give it another try as their are different styles of pushups. Get a good push up bra from vickies (it'll cost you but you get what you pay for) then put some bronzer in the cleavege area to create the illusion of cleavage.

Ever tried the Olga's brand of bra's? the enhancers. go to a department store like sears or kohls. they're about 75% padding though so your chest basically sits on a shelf... they make u look good but if u dont like padding... this isn't for u

Well Put extra padding in you bra kinda under your boob then put your boob up over the padding

Push them up and together and have a friend help you to wrap surgical or duct tape around the outer part of your breasts.

i know this sounds stupid, but my sister used to tape her boobs together. Under the nipple, run a peice of tape along to "perk" them up. you cant tell once you have clothes on. it does work!

Nothing. Give it time and you might get bigger. But if you don't have anything to push up, then your out of luck. Stuffing is dumb too.
