I always make a big beautiful sandwich and if I need a little
later I just cut it in half and take for lunch the next day
using 2 slices of wheat berry bread..delicious

Fold it, cutting it in half just dirties a knife up for no reason, unless you used the knife for mayo or something...but folding it is faster and much more easy

The filling fits better if you cut one slice of bread in half. Though there is no hard and fast rule. Really lovey, you can do what you want with it.
