Note: Some of these words might be spelled wrong because I'm not a good Spanish-word speller. Anyway: Es, esta, estoy, el, en, espanol, entiendo, entrada, escribir, esquela. That's all I can think of. Sorry.

It's used in words that comes from geek or foreigner languages.

Eg:
káiser, kilo, kilociclo, kilogramo, kilohercio, kilómetro, kilovatio, kiosco, klistron, kiwi.

K does exist in the spanish alphebet and is pronounced "ka"
