OK I know that most people here are antis. But why does someone say mean things about children? Like anchor babies..that is a very mean thing to call a child!

And some of the things people say about children..do you think that some children are less human than others because of their parent's documentation? They didn't do anything.

It is Wrong to attack children and you know it.

So...

Do you love your children?

How would you feel about someone who didn't like you attacking Your children?

Turtle is LEGAL did you do YOUR research before saying this?
How do you know that illegal alien criminals drop their kids here to do this? You Ever think that maybe they wanted children and they were here already?

And..how is it the children's fault? Please tell me that.

Elizzabeth do you think that Maybe most illegals have a children for the same reasons that Anyone does?
I don't assume that you would have a child just for some selfish reason..

Turtle is LEGAL I'm sorry I don't understand what you have done hundreds of hours of research on?
But if you are saying that illegals have children only so they can stay in the US and get welfare than I think you wasted your time.

Nobody should be calling any kid a name whether it anchor baby or anything else. How would you like it if someones kid heard their parents calling kids names so they went to school and called your kid that. you wouldnt like it and would hope that the school took the appropriate actions right????

on here a lot of people said that the mexicans come here and have babies so they can stay>>>> wrong you cant group people!!! not everyone is the same. My mother -in-law brought her 5 kids at the time from mexico here so they can support them. then they waited years before she got pregnant again, and that was her last child who is now 14. they really dont come here and say oh i have a chance to stay here through a kid so im going to go out and get pregnant and go through 9 monthsof pregnancy to have a kid thats not going to automatically approve me to stay here in the us. come on people use your heads.

I assume this is really not about our own children, but the children of illegal aliens. I also assume that an anchor baby is a child born in the United States of non-citizen parents.

Did someone physically attack such a child? I didn't hear about it.

Our Constitution has a flaw in it. At the time that it was written, it was good and proper to give automatic citizenship to every baby born here. It solved a lot of headaches, too, since so many adults were from overseas.

Now, though, every nation except the US has changed their laws so the citizenship of the baby is NOT automatic, but follows the citizenship of the parents. I have a brother who was born in Japan, but is not a Japanese citizen because both of his parents were American. Very sensible.

We should amend our Constitution to close that loophole. At the same time, we should be setting up a program that allows people who have been here working and paying taxes for ten years to get their citizenship.

Don't worry honey! These babies are going to grow up and be the majority. They will be in power one day too! A lot are now! So let people keep spewing their hate, it is useless and they know it! The fact is those babies are now Citizens and cannot be deported! So what do you think will happen if their parents are? They are not going to just sit there and let it happen! That is where all this fear is coming from! It is fear MASKED with hate! ;)

Of course i love my child. Enough that I would never saddle him with a criminal parent.

Enough that I wouldn't send an 8 year old on a speaking tour that benefits me. *Unlike that disgusting, sad Elvira.*

You have never--ever--heard me say anything negative about the kids. No reason to. The parents, yes. The kids, no.

I think the term should be ANCHOR PARENTS, not Anchor Babies.

Yes I love children. In fact I love them so much that I think that since I am a tax-payer, all resources related to education should be reserved for my children & other children who actually have the right to be here. Just like healthcare. I can't tell you how many people I know (including children) who have no health insurance & get stuck with tremendous medical bills while the illegals pay nothing.

Anchor babies is only a term used to describe the children of illegals who use them like anchors to stay in the country,it's not an attack.

Furthermore,I love my child so much that I'm fighting against this illegal invasion. I am putting his future first. Try having a little compassion for the American children who are being put last in line so that those anchor babies can have everything just handed to them.

I think we can discuss the impacts of births from population numbers above those we allow in without attacking children.

ANYONE who is involved in any way shape or form with anything to do with illegals is bad in my book. i dont hate kids, but if there parents really wanted them to have a good future they would build up their own country instead of taking the easy way out. in any other country that they tried to enter, they would be jailed, deported or worse, i personally think that the U.S. should follow suit.

It is calling a spade a spade. They are called anchor babies because the illegal mother gave birth in this country with the thought that the child would give them an 'anchor' in staying here. I do not feel this is a mean thing to call a child. As they get older, they will realize that this is so. I don't think the children are being attacked, and I feel they belong with the parents when they are deported to their own country.

Love my children? Definitely. They have been taught right from wrong. Legal from illegal.
