My son's father just got out of jail, and now wants custody of our son. What are his chances of getting custody? He has no license and no car, and no responsiple job, he also keeps two pit bulls at the house.

Zero to nothing to actually get custody.
Pretty good chance at getting visitation.

do you really think he has a chance to gain custody...? you'd have to be a rotten mother for that to happen (and i doubt you are).
hmm with pitbulls, i probably would have to talk to the courts about the child visiting his house, as well. those animals don't know the child as a member of their pack, and they could be aggressive with the child.
