Hello:

I thought I was the only one who ate a whole jar of Jif peanut butter in a week? Seriously,my family and I LOVE peanut butter and give me some celery sticks and a jar of peanut butter and I can scarf down the whole jar. Of course there is also the peanut butter and crackers, peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, peanut butter on toast,etc.. ;-)

I eat peanut butter a little bit every day but not enough to empty out the jar in an entire week although peanut butter is one of my favorite things to eat by the spoonful.

A few years ago, all I had to eat for a whole week was, a jar of peanut butter and a box of crackers.
I ate PB and crackers for breakfast, then crackers and PB for dinner, then PB and crackers for supper. I seemed to survive on it.

Peanut butter is wonderful, but remember everything in moderation. I suggest you buy a reduced fat and switch to a natural peanut butter rather than the processed stuff.

Depends on your body type. if you're fat, then you're going to die. if you're skinny then it doesn't matter. simple as that.
