We quench the Holy Spirit, when we let in the subtleties of the serpent

I am writting this blog for a sleeping generation. All of God's children need to wake up, from their slothful slumber. The Holy Spirit can not work in and through your life, unless you invite Him in, to seal up the cracks in your vessel. The evil realm will not flee from you, until you are 100% on the side of His Holy Spirit.

It is better to trust in the LORD than to put confidence in man. Psalms 118:8 For I am jealous over you with godly jealousy: for I have espoused you to one husband, that I may present you as a chaste virgin to Christ. But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ. In this world today, we need God 24-7 if we are going to make it. We all need to go to God the Father, for our councel. You'll notice that my blogs do not put much emphasis on the evil realm and that is because lucifer is given enough attention, and is everywhere we look, he is very cunning and extremely deceitful, he has been around much longer than any of us, so don't even give him a centimeter of room, or he will invade your life with chaos and bring you down big time, starting very subtle. Keep your eyes focused on God our Father and keep your full armor on at all times, do not let down your guard, even with those closest to you. Don't just read your bible, but personally seek God the Father in heartfelt prayer. He will be found.

Today, many people are fascinated by the occult - witchcraft, magic, sorcery, mediums, wizards, psychics, paganism, and satanism are often taken quite seriously and are the serpent subtleties that exsist everywhere. The conditioning when the Anti-Christ rises up and deceives many.
Books at nearly every bookstore will have a major section of books on the occult. Many popular children's books promote or describe occult practices favorably. Magazines and tabloids sold next to almost every grocery store check-out counter, promote psychics, witches, diviners, fortune-tellers, spiritualism, wizards, and pagans. Games, most stores with toy or game sections sell occult games such as Ouija boards, Dungeons and Dragons, and similar "fantasy games." These involve witches, sorcerers, demons, and occult or spiritualist powers of all kinds. Sometimes they are presented as being good forces. In many games, players role-play or pretend they are these occult characters. Television and movies feature many programs that have major occult or spiritualist themes. Many children's cartoons now feature occult powers, with witches, sorcerers, spiritualism, demons and the list goes on. Often these forces are pictured as "white magic" magic used for wholesome and acceptable purposes. Music, many modern popular recording artists have songs about various aspects of paganism and the occult. Record jackets often portray occult and even satanist symbols, or people dressed as occult characters. Many recording artists are personally involved in sorcery, witchcraft, or satanism in their personal lives. Education, many colleges and universities teach courses or parts of courses discussing occult practices. Many texts in high school and elementary schools contain references to witchcraft, and occult practices, in ways that arouse students' curiosity. The New Age movement is advocated by many of whom are deeply involved in pagan and occult practices. This movement brings together many people involved in the occult and oriental religions. Satanism, news often mentions crimes which police suspect are the result of rituals of satan worship and ritual abuse.
Just as many are surprised to learn how common a problem this is in our society, many more are surprised and even shocked to learn how much the Bible has to say about it. Regardless of who or what force people believe they are appealing to, whenever they appeal to any "spirit" of a principality or power other than the one true God to work in their lives, that is the occult. Ephesians 4:4-6 There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling, One Lord, one faith, one baptism, One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all. Some would tell us magic and sorcery are not inherently wrong. It is only wrong if used to harm people. We will see, however, that all sorcery and occult practices are wrong, regardless of the intended goal, because they come from the wrong source. The source of the power is what makes them inherently evil, regardless of how they are used. It is all condemned without qualification in both the Old and New Testaments.
Deuteronomy 18:9-14 When thou art come into the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee, thou shalt not learn to do after the abominations of those nations. There shall not be found among you any one that maketh his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, or that useth divination, or an observer of times, or an enchanter, or a witch, or a charmer, or a consulter with familiar spirits, or a wizard, or a necromancer. For all that do these things are an abomination unto the LORD: and because of these abominations the LORD thy God doth drive them out from before thee. Thou shalt be perfect with the LORD thy God. Hence, the Bible does not distinguish whether the witchcraft is intended to achieve a goal which is good or one which does harm. It is all inherently wrong because it is an appeal to a forbidden source of power. Satan's power. So study the scripture in the KJV and see just how subtle the devil really is.

As a Wiccan, I cast a circle to set sacred space to commune with my gods. As a witch, I do not cast a circle for casting a spell. (I may include a spell working within a ritual working when I've already cast a circle for that. But just for casting a spell when I don't have a ritual planned for the nearest Sabbat or Esbat, then no, I don't cast a circle.) Witchcraft requires no religion to practice. Not all witches also follow the religion of Wicca so why would they cast a circle and call upon the god and goddess? And not all Wiccans also practice witchcraft. As for your last question, I'm sorry but no. What I do from start to finish either for a ritual or for casting a spell varies depending on what type of ritual I'm holding or what type of spell I'm casting. I've studied my religion and my craft for well over 15 years. I'll answer specific questions you may have or point you in the right direction of where you can learn more, but I'm not going to do ALL your work for you. If you're not willing to put the proper time and study into learning what it is you are trying to put into practice, then you likely will not find either the religion of Wicca or the practice of witchcraft suitable to you.
