The real question is how evil do you have to be for your name to be retired? Judas and Hitler are the only two I can think of off the top of my head. The funny thing is Judas set into motion the Christian mythology's most significant event, the cruicifiction of Jesus.

Traitor.
It obviously has very bad connotations. The name "Judas" hasn't been in the top 1000 baby names for the last 15 years [1]. Oddly enough, "Cain" was in the top 1000 in 1997, '96, and '94. "Darwin" has increased in popularity into the 2000's, though for a few years in the 90's it was *less* popular than "Cain"!

It depends. If Judas is a Priest, maybe some good classic heavy metal?

Judas means “praise of the Lord,” but why don’t many people name their children after Judas? But alas, his reputation, tarnished as it was by his betrayal, does not lend itself to the favor of most parents looking to honor their children with a special name.

The Christian God used him to bring about his master plan to kill Jesus. As a result of doing what God wanted him to do, he was condemned as a traitor and his name is associated as being the worst type of person. Imagine that and he was just doing what God forced him to do! Sad really.
