i am looking for something cheaper than store prices to purchase extracts powdered sugar and possibly decorating utinsils ect,

Try Gordons Food Service. They are open to the public and have all the supplies you'll need.

I don't know where you're located but here in S. Calif. we have Smart and Final, Costco, and Sam's Club. You might also try restaurant supply stores for your utensils.

I always stop at this place in an outlet mall. They have really good prices on kitchen supplies (not food).

we get our bulk stuff at Gorden food outlet,
don,t know if there's one close to you,
look in phone book for bulk goods,
