Guys don't know. Guys NEVER know. And even if a guy thinks he knows...he is always wrong. So a guy does not bother too much thinking 'if' a girl might like him...chances are she does not. He will wait for more information.
And flirting is not a good sign...some girl just flirt to be cruel...and still don't like the guy.

dont exactly know how...its just a feeling i guess but sometimes girls make it very obvious
