It's definitely Japanese.
I only know some of the words, but I can do the last
sentence.
Sameta = It grew cold
kao = face
tatte= (from tatsu) got up, stood up. It might even
mean "left, departed".
Hajime kara boku wa wakatte i ta kedo. I understood
it at first.
Kotoba = words.
Kono omoi o kesshite kureyou= I probably never would
have given that a thought.
or
I might never have given that a thought.

Well, I guess I can tell you what some of it means. It is in Japanese, but I don't know all of the words.

Some of it says, Hajime kara boku wa wakatte ita kedo which means, from the beginning I was in a state of understanding, but i can't make out the rest. I only can get bits and peace of the other two sentences. Are you sure you aren't missing some stuff.
