You can't. You have to give them the gospel and allow the Holy Spirit to convict them.

People are seldom won over by polemics. They are won over by your good example and by prayer. It may not be the person you target for conversion, but some unexpected person. It must be done by prayer and a constant reform of your own life. You may feel an inward joy to tell the whole world what you have known, but you may have to remain silent and prepare for the temporary loss of the inward consolation God has given you. At some point, when you come very close to God, you will hit a wall. God is a pure spirit, and it is possible for us humans to get only so close.
This is the way he deals with those he loves. God brings souls close to Him. He will do this in his own way. You will be His instrument if He wills it. Do not forget to use humor. Keep people laughing. You will make more progress if you do.

It's not up to you to make them see they are lost, it's up to them to see that. So presenting the case with plenty of good sound evidence and let them decide whether they are lost or found is solely up to them.
If neither helps agree to disagree.

You can't force someone to see what they don't want to see. If they are lost they will come to the conclusion themselves and hopefully reach out.
You can show them Jesus, but you can't make them follow.

Admit you are lost yourself. People are always ready to advise someone who is lost.

Ask Jesus to make you like Him. When people see your spirit and the fruit that it produces, they will want what you have. People like others to listen to them and have compassion. Reach out in love and understanding. Also, pray alot.

Only the Holy Spirit of God can reveal this to the sinner's soul. All others are usually seen as 'judges'.

It's not your place to decide who is "lost", so leave people alone.
