Say, I accepted a job from company A and signed the contract for it, and the job will start in 2 weeks.
But then a day later coincidentally I got a better (closer to my career goals and skills) job offer from company B.
So I tell the guy from company A that I'd like to cancel the job offer and move on (to company B of course).
Is that illegal? Would company A sue me or something?? (the job contract only says that as an employee, I'd be asked to provide a 2 week notice should at any time I wish to terminate.)

I would NOT go into details or mention Co B ,
Just a letter tomorrow ( if you are sure ) ,
Saying ,
Thank-you for the opportunity you have offered me but my circumstances have changed . I must , unfortunately , turn down your offer & request the contract be cancelled .
Again , thank-you for considering me
sincerely

of direction no longer, offering an worker with ANY reward are considered a perk no longer a perfect Quitting because of the fact your organization dropped insurance isn't a valid reason and you'd be denied reward Oh ya, in order that which you realize, it somewhat is being performed further and further on a daily basis by using lots of employers as the thank you to shrink company fees and that's easily criminal to do, until eventually you have it in a freelance someplace which i'm making of venture you do no longer

just tell them.. they probably won't give you too hard of a time because you haven't even started yet.... good luck!!

at worst, you'll just have to stick out the two weeks.. but i doubt they can sue you or anything like that.. i'm like 99.9% sure that they'll just let it go...
