Pretty much any North American game animal. Deer,Elk and Bear. As long as they are within reasonable range for your 375 Winchester rifle, and you can make a good, clean shot.. The biggest consideration will be loss of some meat as a result of being hit with a large bullet, and the effective range you can shoot it. The Winchester 94 Lever action is a great brush and woods gun.

Probably anything in the US with the possible exception of Grizzly or Brown bear (it may not be enough gun for that species). BEAR (no pun intended) in mind, that the .375 big bore will shoot up to a mile (be careful) but really, it's intended effective game taking range is probably more like 200 yards. It was meant to be a brush busting woods rifle.

Any thing in the United States and Alaska. The cartridge will take bears too. It is hard for most hunters to believe but the natives here in Alaska do not normally buy big caliber rifles. (they can't afford them for one reason) they buy 30-06, 7.62 Russian, 303 British, 8 x 57 Mauser rifles They hunt everything from walrus to bears with them. Of course they are good hunters and they know where to put the bullet. White man buy BIG calibers and figure the noise will kill bear. Bears are not impressed with ballistics or noise.

Anything in the lower 48 except big bears, and you could do that if you wanted. It's a good round, but it has a major shortcoming in that it drops a lot after say 125 yards, so your range is limited. Short range, I like lever guns.
Ammo is still available from Winchester

I took a full grown moose at 220 yards (without a scope). The first and last time I shot with it. Very impressed.

I'd be hesitant to tackle cape buffalo, elephan, lion, tiger, or the really big bears, but everything else in North America, and all the African Plains Game would be fair game.
