The Bible does not say anywhere that I know that we are to be lead by a woman in anything. Women leaders have been created by man and his silly liberal ways of thinking. If a woman is elected president you will see a collapse in our society even more. Women think with their emotions and not with rational concrete theory.

I would hope not, since our form of democracy (with a president) did not exist until the 18th century. But if you manipulate the words of the Bible enough, I'm sure you could find some passage that vaguely, remotely might come close to your scenario.
