I feel stupid... there is this girl that always give me **** and never really care that I care... Whenever she is feeling bumbed thats the only reason she comes to me... I sjould have thought that I should have learned by now.. I always fall for her... I believe everything she tells me... Not good... even though i tell myself no more... but when she come around i am there... **** I have it bad... (I can say we dated b4)

Being nice is not stupid. Don't let her change you. One day she will realize what a great catch she missed or maybe she will wise up while your still around.

You get a pay off, that's all, that your brain cares about more than your emotions.
The emotions and all of that are part of the newly developed forebrain (in evolutionary terms, new), but the sexual instinct is much more deeply rooted, both in the brain, and in history.
So, tell your forebrain to get some control.
If you have to, watch "The Mirror Has Two Faces."
It's extreme, but the guy's in that basic position.
