Is Adobe Suite 8 easy to use for beginners?

I want to create a dynamic web site for a restaurant or sports bar. Are Dreamweaver and the other programs in the Suite convenient to use if I have little HTML or Flash experience?

And I run Mac OS X so any program compatible with that OS would be great.

Dreamweaver and the other programs are good tools to use. However, I think a good working knowledge of html is also preferable to have.

You can use the tools without learning html, just as you could with FrontPage - the experience was not the same though.
